  • When can I move in?

    After renting your storage unit online, you can move in anytime during our normal access hours.

  • How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

    All contracts are month-to-month. We require a 10-day written notice prior to your next due date, to avoid paying for another month. There are no refunds of rents, prorated rents or insurance paid.

  • What are your rental requirements?

    We require a completed and signed rental agreement and move-in forms, proof of insurance, enrollment in our Autopay program, complete and valid contact information for yourself as well as an alternate contact at a different address, and a government-issued photo ID (which should be uploaded as part of the online rental process).

  • Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

    No. Our rentals are month-to-month.

  • How do I make a payment?

    Payments can be made online through our website.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    Online VISA, MasterCard, American Express, ACH through a Debit or Credit Card payment.

  • Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

    Yes. We sell boxes and moving supplies in our office.

  • How do I know how much space I will need?

  • Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

    Perishables, Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, collectibles, items of irreplaceable and/or sentimental value and other items prohibited as stated in our rental contract. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

  • How do I access the facility?

    When your rental has been confirmed, you will be given your own gate access code that will allow you access to your unit or parking space during normal access hours.
