Lane was super helpful, kind, and patient as he explained the “how to” of using the website to someone who is not that savvy. He took the time to walk out to show me different sizes of units and answered all of my questions. I am grateful for the interaction as being in-between housing is stressful. I highly recommend this facility!!

Sidney Storage is a new, top notch facility. Managed by highly professional Lane and Pam Jaeger, the registration, contract and administrative process was fast and smooth. All my questions answered. The security is best in the area. Renting a storage unit here is a good value.

Staff is wonderful. Reserving a unit was easy and customer service was very helpful. Units are very secure. It has a key pad to get in through the gate and then another key pad to get into the door of the units. I like that. Its the best storage facility I have ever used.
