Even though I have lived in a lot of places, I have never had to use a storage facility before. Having just relocated to Washington I bought some furniture but don't have a house yet. I was going to go the bigger places like public storage or uhaul and someone recommend Sidney Storage. I couldn't have asked for a better place. The facility is beautiful and the gentleman who helped me check in couldn't have been nicer. He is just a good person and made me feel comfortable and welcomed.

Lane was super helpful, kind, and patient as he explained the “how to” of using the website to someone who is not that savvy. He took the time to walk out to show me different sizes of units and answered all of my questions. I am grateful for the interaction as being in-between housing is stressful. I highly recommend this facility!!

Staff is wonderful. Reserving a unit was easy and customer service was very helpful. Units are very secure. It has a key pad to get in through the gate and then another key pad to get into the door of the units. I like that. Its the best storage facility I have ever used.
